Job Title: Civil DesignerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Designer proficient in civil engineering and land development-based CADD drafting using Autodesk Civil 3D. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a civil engineering related field, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in land development design. The role involves working with construction documents, including plan layout and profile work for residential, commercial, and utility projects. Knowledge of local jurisdictional requirements is advantageous.Responsibilities
Draft civil engineering and land development plans using Autodesk Civil 3D.
Create and review construction documents including plan layouts and profiles for various projects.
Ensure all designs comply with local jurisdictional requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Assist in preparing and reviewing project specifications and reports.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering using Autodesk Civil 3D.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development design.
Working knowledge of construction documents for residential, commercial, and utility projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working for a civil consulting firm using AutoCAD Civil 3D for land development drafting.
Knowledge of MicroStation is a plus.
Understanding of local jurisdictional requirements.
