Description We are a dynamic company in Phoenix, AZ, seeking a Contract Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Calendly and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings using Calendly
Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and support
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations
Provide feedback to the team to improve processes and customer experience
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the customer experience team
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus
1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a tech-related industry
Proficiency in Calendly or similar scheduling software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
