OverviewThe Field Admin Support is responsible for client-facing system implementation that includes preconfiguring/prepping the applications for both existing and new clients, conducting training for frontline employees, monitoring system adaption, and being able to understand and present Client data and its dashboard

Responsible for facility operations data analytics, including routine and on-demand data analysis.

Facilitates training for hourly associates, supervisors, and managers.

Aggregate and analyze data to provide key insights for financial and operational metrics.

Research, compile, and analyze qualitative and quantitative information to assess performance.

Support Operational Leaders with actionable talent insights, on-demand dashboards, and project performance with market-based reporting.

Source and analyze labor market indices and benchmarks to inform labor strategy.

Develop visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop.

Develop, publish, and schedule reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.

Provide end-user training, technical demonstrations, and presentations

Education:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent related work experience.

Experience: 2+ years of related operations/facility operations reporting experience with a quantitative and analytical orientation.

Experience researching and analyzing data and developing findings and recommendations into tailored briefings for various stakeholders and synthesizing large amounts of data into executive-level briefings.

Previous experience creating compelling visualizations for presentations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and various applications with advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Ability to interact effectively with associates at all levels and effectively influence others to achieve positive results.

Proven ability to gather and present data to ops leadership in a simple, actionable format.

Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, planning and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task and reprioritize as needed.
