Grand Canyon University is currently seeking a full time Facilities Program Manager. The Facilities Program Manager plays a key role in the development and management of various facility maintenance programs. This individual will assess the need for ongoing capital investments and facility improvements and ensure these are implemented when needed.What you will do:
Lead/facilitate facilities improvement activities such as the development/optimization of maintenance plans, equipment criticality analysis, implementation of management processes, problem solving, definition of roles and responsibilities, etc.
Develop, implement, and maintain a preventive maintenance program for building mechanical systems and equipment for all campus buildings.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to assess maintenance needs and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the facilities maintenance program.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance activities to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Perform best practice audits to monitor the progress and identify opportunities for improvement to propose work plans to fill the gaps.
Assist with the development and management of the facility capital and expense budgets necessary to ensure safe and efficient operation of the mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.

What you need:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Experience (5+ years) in facilities management, with a focus on maintenance program development and implementation
Strong program management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors.
Must pass pre-employment background investigation.
