HR ManagerAs an HR Manager at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting the human resources function for our Aerospace division as a member of West region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, programs, and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives. Your role will involve partnering with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. You will report directly to the site SR HR Manager and work out of our Aerospace division located in Phoenix. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a combination of remote and on-site work.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our aerospace division by ensuring we have the right talent, fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment, and driving continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, programs, and procedures Partner with business leaders to drive talent acquisition and retention efforts Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters Support organizational development initiatives and change management efforts Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed Function as the site HR Leader as requiredU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.You Must Have 7+ years of experience in HR Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionWe Value Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Master's degree in Human Resources or related field Experience in the Aerospace industry, manufacturing or related HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) Experience in the aerospace industry or other highly regulated industries Experience with talent management and succession planning Knowledge of HRIS systems and data analyticsAbout HoneywellHoneywell International Inc.
