Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Phoenix, Arizona. Our company operates in the Hospitality industry and we're seeking a key member to oversee our HR functions. This role involves managing employee relations, policy administration, onboarding, and risk management. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from restaurant management and employees. Handle employee issues by investigating and facilitating resolution. Oversee the coordination of departmental initiatives and communications. Manage the implementation and maintenance of our ATS and HRIS systems. Administer employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures through effective communication and administration. Handle risk management administration to mitigate potential risks. Leverage skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HCM, Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, Employee Relations, Hiring Processes for efficient management of HR functions. Utilize strong communication skills to address and resolve employee relations issues. Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulations. Requirements MUST BE Bilingual in English and Spanish! Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources (HR) management role within the hospitality industry Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with Ceridian and HCM systems Understanding and experience with Benefit Functions Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Proven track record in ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices Demonstrated ability to manage Employee Relations effectively Strong knowledge and experience in Hiring Processes.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
