The Neuro Acute & Epilepsy Monitoring Unit is part of the world renowned Barrow Neurological Institute.The staff take care of complex neurological and neurosurgical patients including patients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, brain tumors, spine surgeries, stroke, migraine, patients with epilepsy who need further in-patient evaluation, and many other conditions. The members of this team are trained to be clinical experts in their field. We have a very extensive training program and many opportunities to participate in unit and housewide quality and performance improvement teams. The Neuro Acute & Epilepsy Monitoring Unit is an excellent place to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
