The following represents a summary of responsibilities they are not intended to be all inclusive, but to provide basic direction of requirements and in no way limits the performance of Director or expectations from Owner.- 1. Ensure the efficient and effective day to day operations at 201 E Washington through theefforts of the Director and the performance of assigned security staff.2. Be first line, during and after hours contact for all 201 E Washington based emergencies.3. Ensure assigned staff perform professionally in accordance to written assignmentinstructions, Post Orders and future directives from Owner.4. Train on-site officers to present themselves appropriately and act as Serious IncidentManager handling any situation as it may arise as required by Assignment Instructions.5. Perform announced and unannounced inspections. When appropriate use thisinspection time as one-on-one training with specific officers and supervisors.6. Provide qualified training, and monthly hold an on-site training session with entire 201 EWashington security staff to ensure all officers are well versed in procedures and postorders, new or established security techniques, offer refresher and upgrade training asand when necessary.7. Motivate the security team and take the leading role in creating a positive customerservice environment.8. Constantly strive to provide the highest levels of supervision for all security personnelassigned to 201 E Washington.9. Take appropriate action to re-train and/or discipline officers who are not performing up toexpected levels of service.10. Ensure positive and appropriate interaction with Owner and Manager as well as tenants,visitors, customers, contractors and employees of tenants.11. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with Owner and Manager to ensurethat agreed levels of service and contractual requirements are achieved. Constantlystrive to provide service above expected level.12. Respond to phone calls, e-mails and other communication in a timely manner.13. Maintain staff scheduling to maintain 24X7 coverage in accordance with Contract and as directed by Owner including holidays/vacations
