This position provides financial partnering /leadership to customer-focused sales/operational teams. You will play a key role in managing financial performance and implementing key financial strategies to achieve committed business performance. This includes partnering with Honeywell business leaders and driving key finance initiatives around pursuit pricing/contract terms negotiation, demand forecasting, working capital management, and customer claims to account.Responsibilities include:
Actively Partner to formulate demand profile for AOP, STRAP, and Major Forecasts for $1B+ CBTs
Lead MOS for past due Accounts Receivable (A/R) and unbilled receivables / deferred revenue
Pricing proposal/negotiation review, approval authority, contract review and associated support
Financial leadership and partnering to BGA CBT business leadership teams
Understand monthly actual results and summarize variance commentary for executive consumption
Ad hoc financial support for BGA CBT VP/GMs
Act as COO for BGA CBTs
YOU MUST HAVE:
5-7+ years experience in progressive Finance roles
WE VALUE:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other associated business major. Master's degree or CPA preferred
Direct Customer interaction, problem solving, negotiation
SAP experience
Leadership – ability to lead and influence diverse, cross-functional teams
Experience with HON Aerospace specific Finance tools (SRO 3.0, SAP, Essbase, AMR, Tableau)
Experience working within a large, multinational corporation
Highly proficient using technology to improve processes
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and reliability
Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to take ownership of projects producing high quality results.
Challenges the status quo and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement.
