Collaborate with Phoenix business leaders to zero in on key profit drivers, crafting targeted actions that propel us toward our financial goals and ensure success in our financial plans.

Lead a dynamic team of 4 finance professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence to elevate our financial strategies and performance.

Enhance and standardize key finance processes, driving efficiency and accuracy in forecasting to ensure we consistently meet our financial targets.

Conduct thorough balance sheet and quarterly accounting reviews, ensuring robust controls are in place to safeguard our financial integrity.

Oversee the accounting control environment to guarantee compliance with corporate policies, maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.

Generate insightful forecasts and analyze trends across sales, finance, operations, and supply chain, providing critical data for strategic planning and decision-making.

Take charge of all planning activities (PA, LE, AOP, LRP), steering our financial roadmap with precision and foresight.

Dive deep into profit-and-loss statements, preparing comprehensive reports that drive informed budgeting and cost-saving recommendations for management.

Craft and deliver impactful communications, ensuring that complex financial concepts are conveyed clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Support domestic and international travel needs as business demands arise, enhancing collaboration and connection across our global operations.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline

Experience analyzing Financial Statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)

U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62 ​

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience demonstrating linkage between business transactions and financial statements

Working experience with SAP

Excel proficiency with pivot tables, V-lookups, If-Statements, Macros

Experience developing PowerPoint presentations for all levels of an organization, including leadership

Experience working with large data analysis and consolidation

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
