Expectations
- Assistant KMs will be scheduled 55 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Ability to work all line positions
- Organize prep list and execute prep items
- Keep a clean and organized kitchen
- Execute Health Inspections
- Bonuses for perfect scores
- Work with Kitchen Manager to assist in writing kitchen schedule
- Communicate kitchen staff issues with Regional Supervisor, assist in resolving opportunities
- Participate in Monthly Inventory
- Place Daily Orders
