Description:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Coffee Shop Manager to join our team. This role is hands-on and requires strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop
Lead, train, and schedule staff
Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Monitor labor and cost controls
Drive a positive, team-focused culture
Qualifications:
2+ years of management or supervisory experience in coffee, café, or restaurant setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage staff in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of POS systems and basic financials (labor, COGS) a plus
