DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare ingredients according to recipes, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring spices
Cook hot and cold foods according to Core signatures and recipes while maintaining portion control
Maintain clean work stations and follow food safety guidelines for storage and handling
Assist with event catering, game day operations, and kitchen preparation tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in food preparation or culinary arts, preferably in large-volume kitchen settings
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, knife skills, and kitchen operations
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and HACCP guidelines
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various temperature conditions
