We’re hunting for an energetic Regional Manager to run our two rocking, family friendly, Rosa’s Pizzeria spots in Prescott & Prescott Valley.
This is a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up gig: 70%+ on the floor with the crew, 30% big-picture strategy. High autonomy, zero boredom, and all the pizza you can handle.

What we are looking for:
The ability to grow sales through enforcing standards, building relationships with guests and local businesses
Solid kitchen and Front of House experience
Great organizational skills
Very good computer and technology skills, typing 40wpm, strong excel skills, creating formulas for things like forecasts, Integrating door dash with POS system
Multi Unit P&L ownership - reading, forecasting, and hitting financial targets
Labor budgeting & scheduling mastery
Training systems and consistency enforcement
Local store marketing & community hustling - driving traffic through grassroots
Culture building & employee retention
Project Management - small construction projects, and menu rollouts
Ability to collaborate but not be afraid to make an executive decision and run with it

Work IN the restaurants - run the floor and line in both restaurants

Work ON the restaurants
Help grow the sales of both locations with our marketing team and the owner
Forecast sales and labor
Improve training program
Consider new locations in the future
Report to the owner and work side by side with our Culinary Director
Compensation:
$70k - $90k base salary - based on the skills mentioned above.
Performance pay program - with bonuses up to 20% of base salary
