Requirements and job responsibilities:
HVAC Certification a PLUS but not required
Must have basic tools
Ability to paint and change locks
Minor plumbing repair such as replacing fixtures if needed
Minor electrical repair such as replacing ceiling fans, outlets and fixtures if needed
Must be willing to help with grounds as needed
Must be dependable and a team player
Must be efficient but have attention to detail
Must have great customer service skills
Must have vehicle for permanent, full-time positions
