Janitorial Crew Supervisor
Full-Time. Monday - Friday
7:00am to 3:30pm
Crew Size: 8 - 10
We are looking to hire an efficient Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the work activities performed by our janitorial staff: Scheduling, monitoring attendance, and conducting staff performance reviews.
Responsibilities:
-Assigning janitorial duties to staff and regularly inspecting work to ensure that standards are met.
-Ordering supplies as needed.
-Assisting with the screening and hiring of new job applicants.
-Performing all janitorial duties necessary in instance of staff shortages.
-Interfacing with Customer to insure quality cleaning requirements are being met.
Requirements:
-Previous Supervisory experience: 2 years or longer
-Commercial janitorial experience
-Complete a background check
-Social Security number & Arizona Driver's License
-Bilingual
-Hospitality cleaning supervision a plus
