West Valley landscaping company seeking landscape laborers- Part Time or Full Time
We are based in Surprise, AZ and been in business 18 years, licensed, insured, and bonded. We are a family oriented company and minimize weekends in order for family time. We operate (2) FT crews, work Mon-Fri, Saturdays occasionally on rotation. Weekly salary based on experience, average hours worked 25-35 per week
You must be responsible, hard working, good communication skills, common sense, and ability to lift 50+ lbs, and be able to work in high degree weather. Requires minimal supervision, must be able to meet quality standards while working at a fast pace. The position requires a great deal of bending, hauling and lifting. Applicant MUST HAVE general knowledge and experience with lawn equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc. We will train you for company expectations & equipment use
Start accruing PTO from day one, available 90 days after employment. Incentives for good attendance & punctuality
