Dependable Maintenance is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Janitoral manager to oversee one of our cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities while leading a dedicated team of cleaning staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols.
Train and manage cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints.
Qualifications:
Experience in management or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Schedule:
Start time is 5am. The position will be 20 to 25 hours. Must be able to work weekends.
Pay:
$20 per hour
Must have reliable transportation
