Scope of Work:
Inspect roof and flooring
Provide detailed estimates for:

Flooring (type, square footage, condition)
Take clear photos of all areas inspected
Include tape measurements in photos to support all measurements and pricing
Submit estimates in a clean, itemized format
Requirements:
Experience with roofing and/or flooring estimates
Ability to take clear, well-lit photos
Must include tape measure visible in photos
Smartphone or camera required
Reliable and detail-oriented
Ability to complete inspection promptly
