Job Summary:
The Window & Door Installer is responsible for the professional installation of residential windows and doors. This role requires strong attention to detail, customer communication, and high-quality craftsmanship. Ideal candidates have prior installation experience and the ability to work efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
Install residential windows and doors (retrofit and/or new construction)
-Remove existing windows/doors while protecting customer property
-Ensure installations are weatherproofed, sealed, and finished properly
-Communicate professionally with homeowners
-Maintain clean and safe job sites
-Load, transport, and unload materials as needed
-Identify and report issues that may impact installation quality
-Work independently or as part of a small team
-Qualifications
-Experience installing residential windows and/or doors (required)
-Strong understanding of tools, materials, and installation best practices
-Ability to lift and maneuver heavy windows/doors
-Own basic tools and reliable transportation
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work safely, efficiently, and with high workmanship standards
-Lead installer experience is a plus

Compensation:
Compensation depends on experience and role (installer, lead installer, or helper). Please include your rate expectations in your application.
