Role Overview:
As our Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you’ll be the voice of our brand, responsible for creating engaging content, managing our online presence, and connecting with our community. This role is ideal for college students, recent graduates, or experienced professionals seeking flexibility and growth opportunities (commission and equity available).
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Create, edit, and post photo/video content that aligns with our brand
Engage with our audience, respond to comments, and build a community
Track and optimize content performance using analytics
Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and digital ads
Requirements:
Strong photography, videography, and editing skills
Knowledge of social media trends and audience engagement
Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva)
Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities
Digital ad experience is a plus
Ideal Candidate:
Creative, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial
Able to work independently but collaborate effectively when needed
Familiar with Phoenix roofing and solar industry (a plus)
