A small East Valley machine shop is seeking an assistant for full-time employment. Please include your contact information in your reply. The job will include but is not limited to:
1) Answer phones, screen junk calls and take messages.
2) File paperwork.
3) Post timecards to Access.
4) Set up Jobs using Excel.
5) Process completed Jobs which includes editing workorder if needed.
6) Cost jobs using Access and Excel
7) Accounts Payable using QuickBooks.
8) Creating POs as needed using Quick Books
9) Running errands, pickups, deliveries, Costco. Must have clean Driver’s License.
This job is from Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
