Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is hiring a Polisher / Finisher for a stainless-steel fabrication company in Phoenix, AZ. This company builds custom kitchen and bar equipment for major restaurant brands nationwide. The work involves finishing high-end stainless-steel components that demand precision, attention to detail, and craftsmanship.
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

Responsibilities
Polish, buff, and finish stainless-steel and aluminum components such as sinks, counters, and work tables.
Use mechanical polishing tools (not painting or manual sanding) to achieve brushed or mirror finishes.
Blend welds and smooth edges to meet high-quality fabrication standards.
Inspect finished surfaces for uniformity and quality.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in metal polishing, grinding, or fabrication required.
Steady and consistent work history of 2+ years with one employer preferred — no job hoppers.
Experience using buffers, grinders, or polishers.
Painting-only experience does not typically transfer well; prefer backgrounds in auto body, aerospace, or stainless finishing.
Strong attention to detail, consistency, and pride in workmanship.
Reliable transportation required.
