We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Shipping & Manufacturing Associate. This role involves a combination of light manufacturing tasks, product packaging, and ensuring timely and accurate shipping to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in light manufacturing processes, including assembling, packaging, and labeling products.
Ensure products are properly packaged and meet quality standards before shipment.
Prepare, pack, and ship orders efficiently using shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.).
Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies.
Manage warehouse organization, keeping workspace clean and orderly.
Assist in maintaining quality control standards during production and shipping.
Operate light machinery (if applicable) and adhere to safety guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or light manufacturing preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping platforms is a plus.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
