Madden Industrial Craftsmen is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Manager for a stainless-steel fabrication company in Phoenix, AZ.
This position leads shipping and receiving operations for custom kitchen and bar equipment. The company needs a hands-on, on-site leader who can manage daily operations and perform the work alongside their team.
Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)

Responsibilities
Oversee and perform all shipping and receiving tasks — staging, packaging, and documentation.
Create and verify BOLs, shipping labels, and packing slips.
Manage material flow between production and warehouse areas.
Coordinate outbound shipments and inbound deliveries.
Lead and train two helpers on best practices and efficiency.
Operate forklifts safely and maintain accurate inventory logs.
Ensure on-time, accurate shipments.
Qualifications
3+ years of shipping and receiving or warehouse management experience required.
Consistent employment record — 2+ years with a single employer preferred.
Leadership experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of BOLs, inventory systems, and freight coordination.
Forklift experience required.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on leader who can set the example on the floor.
