This is a part-time position….12-15, up to 20 hours a week depending on how you fit yourself in. Should be 2-3 days a week. You can make your own schedule but you have to stick with it once settled in. This could become a larger opportunity if that's what you're looking for, but that will be up to you.

We are a small, family run manufacturing business and we work closely together with a team of 10-12 employees. Someone with a pleasant personality to answer phones and help around the office. Tasks like light shipping and inventory management on excel, invoicing, paying bills. You must be proficient with Quickbooks, accounts reconciliation, sending out customer statements every week, following up on payment status when needed. Filing and/or scanning paperwork. Maintaining and organizing records in the system.

We use the following: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel / UPS Worldship / Quickbooks Desktop

Pay is $20-$23 per hr. depending on experience and willingness to play on the team.
