OFFICE / ACCOUNTING - ASSISTANT
We are looking for a promising Office Assistant to join our office team. Must have a positive attitude and willingness to help with daily office business, verifying the purchases and returns to vendors and a little bit office runs. Ideal candidate would have some experience and be looking for a stable position, be reliable and be willing to learn. A sales experience is helpful but not a requirement.
JOB DISCRIPTION:
File regular paper work and getting in compliance.
Order office supplies and some parts.
Assist Office Manager with various accounting/ paperwork and office tasks.
Take calls when needed, follow up with customers if any balance dues are overdue.
Have knowledge of basic record keeping or bookkeeping and be willing to learn.
Ability to establish facts, come up with a solution and execute a plan as needed.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle pressure to get the job done in a timely manner.
Must be detail oriented to make sure the job is being done correctly the first time.
Excellent follow-up skills.
Reception Desk –Greet guests and filing.

PAY RANGE: $17.00 TO $24.00 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.

Salary plus commission.
