Office Assistant - Part Time (Central Phoenix, AZ)
We are a small company looking for someone to add to the team!
This is a part-time position….19-20 hours a week….M-TH 12:00pm-4:00pm and F 12:00pm-3:30pm. The shop is located in Phoenix near 35th Ave. and Thomas.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service while managing various clerical tasks. Someone with a pleasant personality to answer phones and help around the office. A few of the clerical tasks required: Keeping track of inbound and outbound orders. Filing and/or scanning paperwork. Proofreading for grammar, spelling and making the appropriate changes if needed. Making sure orders that are outgoing have the correct paperwork. Processing credit card payments if needed. Maintaining and organizing records in the system.
Bilingual is ideal but not required. Basic office knowledge and shipping knowledge is ideal. Training will be provided.
We use the following: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel / UPS Worldship / Quickbooks Desktop
The pay is starting at $16.00/hour….after 90 days of employment, benefits available (major holidays off, paid). Accepting resumes as of 01/03/2025.
