OFFICE PERSON NEEDED FOR SMALL, BUSY, FAMILY-OWNED USED TRUCK/CARGO VAN DEALERSHIP

1) Must have good keyboard/typing and computer app skills (Adobe, Excel, Word etc.).

2) Must be comfortable using Craigslist (posting not buying)

3) Be able to follow instructions exactly

4) Must have pleasant phone manners and ability to speak with customers face to face

5) Be able to answer emails (and follow up if needed)-requires excellent spelling or at least the ability to look it up if you don't know.

6) Willing to check (and double check if necessary) your work.

Your main job will be listing vehicles for sale (you will also learn all the office jobs). Must be able to accurately review/inspect a vehicle to note features for listing descriptions, upload and edit photos, create listings and monitor/refresh listings as needed. Close attention to detail is necessary. You will also greet customers, answer the phone, write sales (eventually) as well as general office filing and updating spreadsheets and logs as needed.

Monday through Friday 10-5 for a two-week trial period, then 9-6 if it works out.
