I am a business owner with various tasks needed, but primarily and to start I need someone to manage/VRBO an Oldtown 2 bedroom condo.
Duties will include posting pics and advertising on VRBO/AirBNB/Craigslist, schedule cleanings, receiving payments, scheduling repairs and anything else associated with managing.
I can pay 10/99 or hourly. If hourly Im thinking 25 per hour 4/5 hours a week. I potentially could have other task for more hours.
Please be competent, smart and have a good personality. Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
