What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and mentor a dedicated team of 8-10 maintenance technicians and manage external vendors.
Oversee all maintenance operations across multiple sites throughout Phoenix, ensuring high-quality, efficient service.
Act as the go-to technical expert, providing hands-on assistance and guidance across a comprehensive range of trades.
The Expertise We Need:
Your skills are the backbone of our operations. You must be proficient in a wide array of residential maintenance disciplines, including:
Plumbing
Electrical
A/C and HVAC troubleshooting
Appliance Repair
Carpentry
Painting & Drywall
Requirements for Success:
Strong Leadership Experience managing a maintenance team and vendors.
Technical Proficiency across all listed trades.
Self-Sufficient: You must have your own tools and reliable vehicle for travel between sites to effectively oversee your team and meet with vendors.
Bilingual is highly recommended
