Job Summary
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential property. You will ensure the property is well-maintained, rents are collected on time, vacancies are filled promptly, and tenant needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the property, collect rents, including coordinating maintenance, perform leasing, budgeting, and tenant relations. Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and lease agreements. Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors. Market available units, screen potential tenants, and handle lease agreements. Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of property performance and financial transactions.
Experience
Prior experience in small to mid size Multifamily Apartment Community
Proficiency in property management AppFolio software
Strong understanding of legal administrative procedures related to property management
Excellent data entry skills and ability to maintain organized files
Experience in sales or customer relationship management is required
Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively
Qualifications:
Experience managing small to mid size, conventional multifamily apartment community for 2 years
Basic accounting princepals and ability to manage a budget and meeting goals
Experience using AppFolio
Minimum of 1 years of Property Leasing
maintenance and vendor management experience.
Pay: $29,952 to $41,600
