Job Overview
A baler is responsible for the preparation and sale of a variety of Persian and American baking food items using strong understanding of cooking methods and ingredients. This role requires of being a quick learner, a strong understanding of food safety, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced bakery setting.
Duties
Prepare ingredients and dough.
Prepare and bake related bread for sale.
Clean and prep
Skills
Strong understanding of ingredients and cooking methods.
Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in roles such as baker or similar positions.
Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and meal preparation preferred not required.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
