Experienced Used Car Salesperson
If you are a man or woman and you have one or more years of auto sales experience and you know how to work deals independently, showcase pre-owned vehicles, know how to send texts and videos, and follow up like a champion, RPM may be the place for you! We would prefer a bilingual sales associate, however this is not necessary.
With 100+ vehicles (domestic and imports) in stock, a state of the art CRM, excellent advertising, and a family store atmosphere your potential is endless. You can easily make 4-5k a month to start but the potential to make more is endless as we are always buying cars!
QUALIFICATIONS
RPM will provide you with 100% of the tools, support and training it takes to be successful. You will need to supply the get up and go plus a positive attitude and exceptional work ethics. You must be willing to work a 5-day work week, which most car dealerships do not even offer! Your hours will be 9am - 6pm, with every Sunday and one weekday off. There are no early morning sales meetings, no yelling & belittling, and no micromanagement!
