We are looking for an experienced flooring sales representative. The right person for this position has a professional sales approach with excellent communication/organizational skills and the eagerness to work towards their objectives and succeed!
Responsibilities:
Generate new business by searching for leads and customers through cold-calling, networking, and other means of outreach.
Doing product presentations in customers’ homes, negotiating and closing the sale for the flooring purchase.
REQUIRMENTS:
Knowledge of tile, carpet, hardwood flooring, presenting, measuring, estimating and closing flooring COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL sales - THIS IS A MUST
Experience generating leads and developing sales strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
30% of profits per job sold OR guaranteed pay + commission
