About Us:
Redwood Debris Box Service & Redwood Site Services is an emerging waste management and site services company focused on supporting construction and renovation projects in the Phoenix area. We provide dumpster rentals and portable toilet services for both residential and commercial clients.
Position:
We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative familiar with the construction industry to help grow our business. This role is ideal for someone with knowledge of dumpster and portable toilet rentals. Initially a part-time role, it has the potential to evolve into full-time based on sales productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with residential and commercial clients who need dumpster and portable toilet rentals for projects of all sizes.
Drive new business by promoting our services to construction sites, contractors, and homeowners.
Establish and maintain client relationships to support repeat business.
Requirements:
Experience or familiarity with the construction industry.
Knowledge of the dumpster or portable toilet rental business is a plus.
Strong communication and sales skills, with a proactive attitude toward meeting clients’ needs.
Compensation:
Competitive base pay plus commission on every dumpster and portable toilet rental secured.
