What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and build lasting relationships through outstanding service.
Guide customers through the RV buying process, from identifying their needs to finalizing the sale.
Provide in-depth product knowledge on our inventory, financing options, and after-sales services.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom to enhance the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, customer-focused attitude with a drive to succeed.
Previous sales experience (RV sales experience is a plus but not required).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
A valid driver’s license.
