This is a 100% commission based role for a small tech agency where profits will be split 50/50. I don’t get paid unless you do.
Projects range from $5k for quick jobs up to around $50k for larger projects with some residuals. I would like to see some 6 figure projects within the next year or so with your help.
What I’m Looking for
I’m looking for a marketing and sales partner who can identify, contact, and ultimately close deals selling custom software, tech solutions, and consulting services to businesses of varying sizes both locally and across the United States.
Who I am
I own a small business building custom web and mobile based apps and software for businesses. We also offer strategy and operations consulting services helping businesses to identify and expand on new revenue streams or streamlining internal processes. In the past I’ve never needed marketing or sales as my leads came from existing clients or long term projects on retainer. This changed quite abruptly a few months ago and now I’m looking to change up my model and bring on a partner.
My specialty is building and implementing solutions but I suck at finding potential customers and selling my services.
That’s where you would come in.

I’m not looking for an employee, I’m looking for a partner.
Tracking down growing or successful businesses, initiating contact, getting meetings booked, and ultimately closing deals will be your responsibility. I’m a great communicator, highly charismatic, and I will assist you in anyway I can at your discretion so you will not be alone. I can break down technical concepts in easy to understand ways for clients during the sales process, so an expert level of technical knowledge is not required. I’ll follow your lead on these efforts but everything marketing/sales will be your baby.
You sell, I build, we both profit.
This will not be easy but it will be highly rewarding for the right person. This business has very little overhead and few expenses leading to high margins.
About you
You are an experienced sales & marketing professional who can communicate with clients using class and tact. You do not need to have experience in tech or software sales but some level of software or technology knowledge is required (you’ve used several apps or software professionally In your career). We’ll go through exactly the types of projects I build during our intros.
Ideally you’ll be located somewhere in the west valley (I’m in Goodyear) for some semi-regular meetings but otherwise work from wherever you want. Choose your own tools, establish marketing and sales processes as you see fit, and overall work with complete autonomy.
I don’t care about age, race, degrees, gender, what your drug of choice is (mine is red wine, craft beer, and street tacos) as long as you’re easy to talk to, work with, and can represent our business well both online and in-person.
I’m looking for someone who can work full-time but will not be tracking hours or anything like that. An experienced sale professional will already know that the more time and effort we put in, the higher the chance for success and bigger paychecks.
