Commercial Electrical Foreman – Run Real Jobs, Lead Real Crews
We’re looking for a proven Commercial Electrical Foreman who takes pride in running clean, organized, profitable jobs. This is not a “babysitting” role — you’ll be trusted to lead crews of 3–5 journeymen and apprentices, coordinate directly with GC superintendents, and drive production in the field.
Minimum 8 years of commercial electrical experience required. You should be confident reading plans, laying out work, planning manpower, and holding high standards for safety and workmanship.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading crews of 3–5 electricians on commercial TI and ground-up projects
Planning daily work, sequencing tasks, and keeping jobs moving
Coordinating with GC superintendents and project managers
Ensuring clean, code-compliant, professional installations
Mentoring apprentices and setting the standard for your crew
Owning your job — quality, safety, schedule, and communication
Who We Are:
CR Custom Electric is a family-owned electrical contractor serving the Phoenix metro area since 2001. We specialize in commercial new construction with a focus on ground-up warehouse projects and tenant improvements. We also operate a separate division for luxury residential new builds.
We’re building a company around strong field leadership, clear expectations, and accountability. Our foremen are respected, supported, and trusted to run their work — not micromanaged.
Why This Role Is Different:
Consistent commercial work — no bouncing between chaos jobs
Clear expectations and real authority in the field
Leadership team that backs its foremen
Company culture built on safety, ownership, and professionalism
Opportunity to grow into senior leadership as we scale
