Cruz Concrete LLC. is seeking reliable hard-working individuals for the following positions:
Foremen
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Check the forms that hold the concrete to see that they are properly constructed
Set the forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth and align them
Install reinforcing rebar or mesh wire to strengthen the concrete
Spread, level and smooth concrete using rake, shovel, hand or power trowel, hand or power screed and float
Mold expansion joints and edges using edging tools, jointers and straightedge
Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure surface of concrete
Ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures
Effectively lead, manage and motivate crews of 5 to 6 individuals
Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications be able to layout
Plan and schedule for necessary manpower, tools, materials and equipment needed to complete the job
Responsible for completing daily timesheets and maintaining daily logs
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required
