Level 11 Design Build is a small Commercial Construction company.
We preform 15 to 20 Tenant Improvement projects in Maricopa County a year.
We specialize in Restaurants, Bars, Office, Medical/ dental, Laundry / dry cleaning and Fitness build outs.
Level 11 is looking for a can-do person to step in the commercial construction field as a supervisor or assistant.
Candidate must have good communication skill.
Call in all Inspection and meet with inspectors.
Job walks with Clients and future projects.
Communicate and delegate schedules with sub-contractors.
Abilities to forecast two weeks ahead and schedule trades.
Work with Venders/ sub-contractors.
Ability to read plans and specifications. A, M, P and E.

Keep a clean jobs site and ensure all trades are working safely. Imperative
2 years construction supervision required.
Maintain a consistent professional field operation.
Have the ability to self-perform minor work. Install Grab bars, Hang Timely doors and frame, Small Trim, Punch List items. Use a broom and help keep projects clean
Schedule and execute any city or Third-Party Inspections.
Identify and ensure the punch list is completed in a timely manner.
Projects typically run 2 to 6 months.
Take direction and follow through.
