A local commercial electrical contractor is looking for an individual that wants to be a field superintendent.

Only individuals with the following qualifications need to apply:
- Minimum of 10 years of running jobs as a foreman (not in a role as a sub-foreman/leadman).
- Minimum of 15 years in commercial electrical experience.
- Must have the ability to get along with different types of personalities.
- Must be an organized individual.
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
- A solid resume with a history of long tenures and a steady employment history a plus.
- Journeyman certification a plus.
Job duties would be:
- Performing scheduled employee evaluations and working with Human Resources on employee documentation and/or employee reprimands.
- Challenging and empowering project foreman with developmental experiences to make decisions, constructing compelling development plans to advance their careers, inspiring others to set and achieve challenging goals and maintaining a deep talent bench.
- Developing journeyman into foreman.
- Ensuring job site employees maintain a safe work environment.
- Recommending methods and/or improvements based on project needs and resource capabilities.
- Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
- Directing the pre-construction planning process, accurately scoping out length and difficulty of tasks and projects, developing schedules, anticipating, and adjusting for problems and roadblocks, and collaborating with project managers.
We are a partner company with the IEC of Arizona for job training of all levels including an apprenticeship program.
