Location: Phoenix, AZ (South of the Airport)
Compensation: $25/hr (with experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We are a growing embroidery and custom apparel business specializing in branded merchandise for businesses. Our focus is on quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and delivering top-tier products on time. We are seeking a dedicated Embroidery Assistant to support our fast-paced production team.
Responsibilities:
Embroidery & Production Assistant
Operate and maintain Barudan, BAI Mirror, and Brother embroidery machines
Follow updated production schedules and meet all deadlines
Prepare garments for embroidery, including hooping and stabilizer placement
Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate maintenance as needed
Order Fulfillment & Workflow Efficiency
Assist Production Manager in tracking and organizing incoming orders to optimize workflow
Assist Production manager in maintaining inventory of supplies, including thread, stabilizers, and materials
Ensure all items pass a quality check from the Production Manager before bagging or packing
Assist in packaging and shipping completed orders
Deadline Tracking & Communication
Monitor production queues to ensure timely order completion
Identify potential bottlenecks and suggest solutions
Communicate with team members about order status and any issues
Assist the Production Manager as needed and instructed
Requirements:
️ Experience with embroidery production required (Barudan, BAI Mirror, and Brother experience a plus!)
️ Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
️ Comfortable operating and troubleshooting embroidery machines
️ Ability to lift and move boxes of apparel as needed
️ Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
