Pillar Communities is looking for an experienced Housekeeper to work in one of our upscale apartment home communities. This position is responsible for cleaning vacant apartments and readying them for new tenants. This is a demanding position, and requires a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Clean vacant apartments and ready them for new tenants
Clean common areas and amenities on a daily basis: leasing office, clubroom area, business center, fitness facilities, laundry rooms, mailbox areas
Clean the model apartment homes and corporate apartments

Skills/ Requirements
In order to qualify for this position, you must possess the following:
CLEANING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Must be able to work at a fast pace, perform duties while under pressure, and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Must be detail-oriented.
Must be able to interact/communicate with other associates, residents, visitors and the public in a professional and pleasant manner.
