We are currently hiring an experienced Marine Mechanic / Marine Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a reliable technician with strong diagnostic skills and hands-on experience working on marine engines and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and service marine engines (outboard, inboard, stern drive)
Perform preventative maintenance including oil changes, tune-ups, and winterization
Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, cooling, and propulsion systems
Inspect boats for safety, performance, and mechanical issues
Complete repair orders and service documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Communicate clearly with customers and service managers
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Marine Mechanic or Marine Technician
Knowledge of gas and/or diesel marine engines
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic hand tools required
Valid driver’s license
Certifications (Mercury, Yamaha, Volvo Penta, ABYC, etc.) are a plus but not required
