Phoenix Security & Technology is a fast growing technology company that specializes in low voltage communications. We specialize in CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, Security, Fire, Data, Voice, Networking, Fiber, Custom Projects, and more. We service the entire valley as well as have numerous national accounts.
At this time we are looking for an Operations Manager. This is a important role in our company and we need the right candidate who is willing to accept this position and grow with our company and obtain a stable career. To help you understand who we are looking for, below is a list of skills that can help you and us in our process to fill this position.
Must be willing to work 10-12 hours a day 5 days a week with the occasional Saturday
Must pass an extensive background check (Including Drug Screen and MVD )
Must have reliable transportation to and from office
Must be able to support yourself financially till your first paycheck
Must follow company guidelines
Must have and demostrate leadership qualities, in charge of 8-10 technicians
Must have control of daily scheduling and routing of the technicians
Must have excellent Communications Skills
Knowledge of Basic Wired / Wireless Alarm Intrusion Panels
Knowledge of Basic Networking ( Port forward / IP assign. etc. )
Knowledge of Basic CCTV [IP and Analog]
Knowledge on Basic Access Control Functions and Operations
Have your own set of hand tools
Be able to Multitask and stay on track
Able to learn processes and procedures quickly
Complete any job/project REPORTS given in a timely manner
Be creative and innovative
