Specialized Delivery Services is seeking a customer service and dispatch team member in our Scottsdale facility, handling customer service and dispatch for the NY and NJ markets. You will be responsible for answering client calls, entering client information into our software (CXT) contacting couriers, arranging services and following up with clients.
Requirements:
Sense of Urgency
Excellent customer service skills (internal and external)
Internal and external communication
Previous Customer service experience
Previous CXT experience would be helpful
Knowledge of geography
