Qualifications
Age Requirement 21+
-Front and Back photocopy of Class A CDL
-LLC business name (if applicable)
-Driver’s current DOT physical
-Proof of driver's drug screening program enrollment (if applicable)
-Business bank account information
-Electronic Log Device (Transflo)
-Driver's Motor Vehicle Record
-Truck make, model and VIN #
-Trailer make, model and VIN#
-Front and back photocopy of truck title
-Lease vehicle owner’s authorization to lessee form
-Pineapple Trucking lease agreement form
-Driver application
12 months of driving experience
