Looking for a dedicated, well-rounded maintenance person to be on staff Full-Time for a large apartment complex that was formerly a hotel. High turnover of units where individual needs to be self-starting, proactive, reliable, honest, organized, and hard working. Must have experience with moderate electrical and plumbing tasks, painting, grounds keep, and other maintenance tasks. Drywall repair skills a plus. Must have good communication skills, reliable transportation and basic tools. Nonsmoking/vaping building.
Paid vacation, sick time, and major holidays, and Medical benefits with cost share available after probationary period. Pay starting at $27.00 per hour, DOE. Position to start May 28th. Schedule is Tue-Sat 8:30 am – 5:30 pm with 1-hour lunch. Must be available to work Saturdays, no exceptions.
