MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ON HYDRAULIC AND INDUSTRIAL HOSE ASSEMBLY
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Prescott Valley Branch.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Identify and assemble Hydraulic and Industrial Hose assemblies as needed at the counter and warehouse. Custom fabricate assemblies that include silver & aluminum brazing.
Ensure inventory levels are maintained and work closely with headquarters to ensure product is available at the branch to meet customers needs.
Maintain an accurate inventory by performing cycle counts and adjustments on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
Work to grow business and customer acquisition.
Maintain customer relationships by ensuring excellent customer service!
Meet sales targets to increase revenue as set forth by upper management.
Continually find ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations.
Ensure training is up to date for self as set by upper management and facilitate employee training and development for direct reports.
Perform sales calls/ phone outreach and generate branch sales within the Prescott Valley and Northern Arizona.
Facilitate Community Involvement.
Practice safety first in all tasks.
